Billing after account deletion
For people who purchased a Web subscription and then deleted their BIFROST account. Review remaining subscriptions and manage automatic renewal.
Receive a code at your previously registered email, then enter the six-digit code on the next screen to view remaining Web subscriptions. Receiving or entering a code does not register an account, make a purchase or cancel a subscription.
Finding your registered email
Search your mailboxes for BIFROST, Stripe or Digistore24 purchase confirmations and receipts, and check the recipient address. If the purchase email includes a subscription-management link, you can also use it.
If you cannot receive mail at the registered address, first recover mailbox access through your email service. Sending a code to a different address here cannot display the original subscription.
